This elegant, continental-style hotel boasts an excellent location in the historic centre of Madrid, making it ideal for any type of visit.

Start the day with a delicious breakfast, served beneath the colourful glass roof of the hotel restaurant. After that, you will find sightseeing easy thanks to the hotel’s privileged setting, set between Gran Vía and the city’s focal point of Puerta del Sol. From here you will quickly find other attractions such as Plaza Mayor, the Royal Palace, the Retiro Park and the 3 world-class galleries.

In the evening, return to the hotel’s MEP restaurant to enjoy the Mediterranean cuisine made with creative touches from around the world. You can then retire to your room to relax in the hydromassage shower unit.

very close to everything of interest, many metro stations close by, friendly staff, nice breakfast

internet use should be free of charge, the usage time cost was a bit spicy, doesn't cost much to the hotel

Nice room. Could be a little bigger. The breakfast was also good.

Climate control was not optimal. Was a little war but we closed the central heating in the bathroom.

Room was too small. I was supposed to get a room for 2 to be used by one person. I got a tiny single room.

the staff are excellent and the hotel is very clean

There is only one English TV channel(CNN). They should provide more English TV channles. And the breakfast is very good except that all the meats are pork.They should provide beef or chicken lunchon as well.

A clean bright friendly hotel in an excellent location in the center of Madrid. Excellent service and good breakfast.

The only complaint is the bed was too hard.

the side sreet it was in was a bit creepy and late at night the night club next door was noisey from people leaving at 06.00 a.m!
